The Layer 9 blog has been dormant since August 2017, and the current SIGCOMM scribing/discussion activity is happening in places like Everything in SIGCOMM/ and the SIGCOMM Slack.
I'm planning to migrate this blog to https://layer9blog.blogspot.com and let the layer9.org domain name go. Please let me know if there are any objections!
